The Living Axis Method

Helping leaders cultivate clarity, presence and aligned action through Tai Chi and embodied awareness.

A Path to Balance, Energy and Inner Presence

For me, Tai Chi is much more than a martial art. It is a practical way to calm the mind, restore emotional balance and reconnect with the natural energy of the body.

Modern life can leave us feeling stressed, mentally overloaded, emotionally unsettled or simply disconnected from our enthusiasm and vitality.

Through slow, fluid and conscious movement, Tai Chi creates a space to breathe, release tension and return to yourself. It helps you feel more grounded, more present and more alive.

You do not need to be athletic, flexible or experienced. Tai Chi is accessible to people of different ages and physical abilities. Each movement can be adapted to your own body, rhythm and needs.

My intention is simple: to help you rediscover greater calm, balance and energy through movement.

My Journey with Tai Chi

I have been practising martial arts for over 35 years, with Tai Chi at the heart of my journey.

In 2007, I discovered the Sun style, which marked an important turning point in my practice.

The Sun style combines the fluidity of Tai Chi with principles from Xingyi Quan and Bagua Zhang.

In 2014, while living in Cambodia, I met Dr Jacques Moramarco, a direct student of Master Sun Shurong.

Through his teaching, I deepened my understanding of the Sun style, refined my movements and developed a more subtle awareness of Qi—the vital energy that circulates through the body.
